All items are made to order.

Production Time:

All others are processed with 2-10 business days(it all depends on your products)

Shipping Time:

You will receive your order anywhere from 5-20 business days from the date that is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

• Our shipping and processing time is 7-10 business days for all orders(excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all bank observed holidays.  Delay may occur during holidays, bad weather conditions or postal delays
• We process orders Monday through Friday. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther king day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 
• Once you have received your tracking number for your orders, any issues or concerns regarding shipment please contact USPS(United States Postal Service) @ 800-275-8777 or visit www.usps.com 
• Bulk orders 10 or more items, please allow 3 weeks for items to be ship. 
• No cancellations on orders already placed. 

  Incorrect Address:

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

Please take your time ordering and entering your shipping information. We cannot guarantee we will catch shipping address mistakes in time. If you have entered an incorrect address, please message us IMMEDIATELY.(Shoppingreveal@gmail.com)

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
